Program Overview

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those in HR and recruitment roles.

2. Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers: Employees who successfully refer a candidate for a software engineering position can earn a bonus of up to $5,000.
   • Product Managers: Referrals leading to successful hires in product management roles can earn a bonus of up to $4,500.

3. Referral Bonus for Other Roles:
