Tech / Product Roles

• Software Engineers:
  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Product Managers:
  • Bonus: $4,500
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Data Scientists:
  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales & Marketing:
  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Operations:
  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Customer Support:
  • Bonus: $2,500
  • Payable after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Conditions

• The referral bonus is applicable only for full-time permanent positions.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Procept Biorobotics at the time of payment.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral system to qualify for the bonus.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses will only be paid for successful hires.
