At Primo Brands, we recognize the value of talented individuals and believe that great people know great people. To encourage and reward successful referrals, we have established a Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to incentivize our employees to refer top talent for open positions, particularly in our Tech and Product departments, but it extends across all roles within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

For referrals in our Tech and Product departments, which are critical to our innovation and growth, we offer a generous referral bonus:

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Designers (UI/UX): $4,000
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,500
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product roles, we value referrals for all positions and offer the following bonuses:

• Marketing and Sales Roles: $3,000
• Customer Support: $2,500
• HR and Operations: $3,000
• Finance and Legal: $3,500

Eligibility and Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program. Referrals must be new to Primo Brands; they cannot have applied independently or been referred by another employee within the past year.

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid in two installments. The first half is paid when the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after the candidate completes one year of service.

• Referral Process: Employees should submit referrals through our internal referral portal. Ensure that the referred candidate mentions the referring employee in their application.
