- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Eligibility: Referral must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
- Payout Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month and the remaining 50% upon completion of the probationary period.

- Bonus Amount: $4,000
- Eligibility: Referral must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.

Program Guidelines
- Who Can Refer: All current employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Eligible Candidates: Candidates who are not currently in our
