This program is designed to reward employees who help us find exceptional candidates, particularly in our tech and product roles, but also across other departments.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month and the remaining 50% upon completion of the probationary period.

2. UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month and the remaining 50% upon completion of the probationary period.

Other Roles

1. Sales, Marketing, Finance Roles

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
   • Payout Schedule: Full amount paid upon completion of the probationary period.

2. Administrative, Human Resources

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Referral must successfully pass the probationary period of 90 days.
   • Payout Schedule: Full amount paid upon completion of the probationary period.
