• Bonus Amount: $2,000 - $5,000 per successful referral.

  • Mid-Level Positions: $3,500
  • Senior-Level/Leadership Positions: $5,000

Eligibility & Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
• Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain in good standing for the specified period.
