Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: Up to $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,000 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: Up to $2,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,250 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be active employees at the time of each payout.
• The referred candidate must be a new applicant and not previously applied to or been employed by Precision for Medicine within the past 12 months.
• Referral bonuses are applicable only for full-time, permanent positions.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral:

   • Employees can submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal or by emailing the candidate’s resume to the HR department.

2. Acknowledgment:

   • Upon successful submission, the employee will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of the referral.

3. Interview Process:

   • Referred candidates will go through the standard interview process. Employees will be updated on the candidate’s status.
