Our Employee Referral Program is designed to reward team members who help us find exceptional candidates, particularly in tech and product roles. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, including estimates and eligibility criteria.
Eligible Roles
While referrals are welcome for all positions, there is a particular focus on tech and product roles due to their critical impact on our business. These include but are not limited to:
- Software Engineer
- Product Manager
- Data Scientist
- UX/UI Designer
- DevOps Engineer
- Quality Assurance Analyst
Non-tech roles eligible for referral bonuses include:
- Marketing Specialist
- Finance Analyst
- Human Resources Manager
- Sales Executive
Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Junior Level Positions: $1,000
- Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
- Senior Level Positions: $5,000
- Executive Positions: $7,500
Non-Tech Roles
- Entry Level Positions: $500
- Mid-Level Positions: $1,500
- Senior Level Positions: $3,000
Payment Process
The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of their first 90 days.
- 50% after the candidate completes six months of employment.
Eligibility Criteria
- The referring employee must be actively employed by PRA Group at the time of both installments.
- The referred candidate must not have applied for a position at PRA Group within the past 12 months.
- The referral must be submitted prior to the candidate's application and must include a current resume.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
