Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers/Developers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UI/UX Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executives: $3,500
• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Customer Support Representatives: $2,000
• Human Resources Managers: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
• The referring employee must be active and in good standing at the time of the bonus payout.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Referral: Use the online referral form available on the intranet, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Track Status: You will receive updates via email as the candidate progresses through the recruitment process.
3. Bonus Payout: Once the candidate completes the probationary period, your referral bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
