Bonus Structure
PowerSchool offers tiered referral bonuses based on the role and level of the position being filled:

- Entry-Level (Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager, etc.): $2,000
- Mid-Level (Software Engineer, Product Manager, etc.): $4,000
- Senior-Level (Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager, etc.): $6,000

Payout Process
- Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid out after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after six months of employment.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referring employee must be actively employed at PowerSchool at the time of each bonus payout.
Additional Guidelines
