PowerSchool Education Referral Bonus Program

Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who help us find qualified candidates for our open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is an overview of our referral bonus program, including estimated numbers and details.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligible Positions

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, etc.
• Product Roles: Product Managers, Product Analysts, Product Designers, etc.
• Other Roles: Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.

Bonus Structure

PowerSchool offers tiered referral bonuses based on the role and level of the position being filled:

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Entry-Level (Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager, etc.): $2,000
  • Mid-Level (Software Engineer, Product Manager, etc.): $4,000
  • Senior-Level (Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager, etc.): $6,000

• Other Roles:

  • Entry-Level: $1,000
  • Mid-Level: $2,500
  • Senior-Level: $4,000

Payout Process

• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid out after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment. The second half is paid after six months of employment.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referring employee must be actively employed at PowerSchool at the time of each bonus payout.

Additional Guidelines

• Referral Limit: There is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make. The more successful referrals, the more bonuses earned!
