Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Powell Industries are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official company referral portal. The referred candidate must acknowledge the referrer in their application.
• Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment and the remaining 50% after 180 days.

• Software Engineer:

  • Criteria: The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience and a strong technical background.
