As part of our commitment to building a strong team, we offer a competitive referral bonus program, specifically targeting tech and product roles, but applicable to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Referral Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, System Architects, and other related roles.
• Payout Structure:
  • $2,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • $2,500 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Other Roles

• Referral Bonus Amount: $2,000
• Eligible Positions: Corporate, operational, and administrative roles outside of the tech/product sector.
• Payout Structure:
  • $1,000 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • $1,000 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referring Employee: Must be a current Potbelly Corporation employee at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid.
• Referred Candidate: Must not be a current or recent employee (within the past 12 months) of Potbelly Corporation.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees can submit a referral through the internal portal by providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Interview: The referred candidate must go through the standard interview process.
3. Offer and Acceptance: If the candidate accepts the job offer, they must begin employment to trigger the referral bonus timeline.

Program Rules

• Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position.
• Only full-time positions are eligible for the referral bonus.
