Postal Realty Trust is committed to attracting top talent and encourages employee referrals by offering a referral bonus program. This program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in key areas such as technology and product development.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Finance Analyst: $2,000
• Operations Manager: $2,500
• Sales Executive: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved directly in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company's internal referral portal or email. Ensure the candidate mentions your name in their application.
• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days.
  • 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of six months.

Additional Details

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral submission was received first.
