The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer high-quality candidates for open positions. Bonuses are awarded for successful hires across various departments, with an emphasis on tech and product roles due to the high demand and critical nature of these positions.

Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Success Manager: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The employee must be actively employed by Popmenu at the time of the referral.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to Popmenu within the past 12 months.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Payment Timeline

• 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
• The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes the 90-day probationary period.
