The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer high-quality candidates for open positions. Bonuses are awarded for successful hires across various departments, with an emphasis on tech and product roles due to the high demand and critical nature of these positions.

Tech and Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

Payment Timeline
