Referral Bonus Overview

Tech/Product Roles

• Bonus Amount: $2,500
• Eligibility:
  • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
  • The candidate must successfully complete the probationary period, typically 90 days.
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid out after the referred employee completes 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred employee completes 6 months.

Other Roles

• Bonus Amount: $1,000 - $1,500
• Eligibility:
  • Similar conditions as tech/product roles regarding hiring and probation.
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after 6 months.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral:

   • Employees can submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal or by emailing the recruitment team.
   • Include the candidate’s resume and a brief note about your relationship with the candidate.

2. Review and Interview:

   • The HR team will review the referral and, if suitable, proceed with the interview process.
   • The referring employee will be updated on the status of the referral throughout the process.

3. Hiring Decision:

   • Upon a successful hire, the employee who referred the candidate will be notified and informed about the bonus payment schedule.

• Limitations:
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only paid for successful hires.
