Referral Bonus Structure

Tech & Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer a tiered bonus system based on the criticality and level of the position. Here's a breakdown:

• Junior Positions (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager)

  • Bonus: $1,000
  • Eligibility: Payable after the referred employee completes 3 months with the company.

• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager)

  • Bonus: $2,500
  • Eligibility: Payable after the referred employee completes 3 months with the company.

• Senior Positions (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager)

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Payable in two installments: $2,500 after 3 months and the remaining $2,500 after 6 months of employment.

• Lead & Management Positions (e.g., Tech Lead, Product Director)
