To achieve this, we have implemented a competitive referral bonus program to incentivize our employees to refer qualified candidates from their professional networks. Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000 bonus
• Product Manager: $4,000 bonus
• Data Scientist: $5,000 bonus
• UI/UX Designer: $3,500 bonus
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000 bonus

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,500 bonus
• Sales Executive: $2,500 bonus
• Customer Support Specialist: $1,500 bonus

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed with PlayAGS for a minimum of 90 days.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at PlayAGS at the time of the bonus payout.
• Referrals of current employees or candidates already in the PlayAGS recruitment pipeline are not eligible for the bonus.

Process Overview

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal or by emailing the HR department with the candidate's resume and contact information.

2. Interview and Hiring: The referred candidate goes through the standard interview process. The hiring decision is based purely on the candidate's skills and fit for the role.

3. Referral Tracking: HR will track the referral through the recruitment process and provide regular updates to the referring employee.

4. Bonus Payout: Upon the referred candidate's successful completion of 90 days of employment, the referral bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
