Plains_GP Referral Bonus Program
Plains_GP values the contribution of its employees and recognizes that our team is one of our most valuable assets. To encourage and reward our employees for referring qualified candidates, we have established a robust Referral Bonus Program. Below, we provide detailed information on how the program works, specifically focusing on tech/product roles, but also including other roles.
How It Works

Eligibility: All full-time employees of Plains_GP are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program. Temporary employees, contractors, and employees involved in the hiring process for the referred position are not eligible.

Referral Submission: Employees must submit the referral through the company’s internal referral portal before the candidate applies. The referral must include the candidate's resume and a brief description of why they are a good fit for the role.

Referral Evaluation: The referred candidate must go through the standard interview process and meet all job qualifications. The referral must be for an open position listed on the Plains_GP careers page.

Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate has completed their first three months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate has successfully completed their six-month probationary period.
