As a result, the company has implemented a referral bonus program designed to incentivize employees to refer talented individuals to join our team. Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the referred employee completes 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Operations:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the referred employee completes 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer Eligibility:
  • Must be a current employee of Petros Pharmaceuticals.
  • Not in a managerial position over the referred candidate.
  • Not part of the HR or recruitment team.
• Candidate Eligibility:
  • Must be a new candidate and not previously applied within the last 12 months.
  • Must successfully pass the interview process and background checks.

Process

1. Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal, including the candidate's resume and contact information.

2. Screening: HR will review the referral and proceed with the recruitment process if the candidate meets the initial qualifications.

3. Hiring: Once the candidate is hired, the referrer will receive confirmation of their referral bonus eligibility.
