Program Overview

The referral bonus program rewards employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired and complete a designated period with the company. This initiative not only helps us attract top talent but also fosters a collaborative and engaged workforce.

Eligible Roles

While the program is open to referrals across all departments, we place particular emphasis on tech and product roles due to their critical importance in driving our innovation and growth. Other roles are also eligible but may have different bonus structures.

Tech & Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus: $3,500
