Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire's first 90 days
    • 50% after the new hire's first 6 months

• Designers, UX/UI Specialists, DevOps Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire's first 90 days

Other Roles

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate applies for the position.
