Perimeter Solutions Referral Bonus Program

Perimeter Solutions values talent acquisition and believes in rewarding employees who contribute to building a stronger team through their referrals. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer talented individuals, particularly in tech and product roles, but also across other key areas.

Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

Eligibility

• Who Can Participate: All full-time employees of Perimeter Solutions, excluding those involved in the hiring decision process for the referred role.
• Eligible Positions: The program focuses on tech and product roles but includes other departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Terms: Payable in two installments; 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Terms: Payable in two installments; 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Terms: Payable in two installments; 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal employee portal, including the candidate's resume and any relevant information.
2. Tracking: Referrals are tracked by HR, who will update the referring employee on the status of their referral.
3. Notification: Employees will be notified if their referral is selected for an interview and subsequently hired.
