• Referrer: Must be a current employee of Perdoceo Education at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid.
• Candidate: Must be a new applicant who has not applied to Perdoceo Education in the past 12 months.
• Position: The program applies to full-time roles, with a focus on tech and product positions but includes other roles as well.
