1. Software Engineers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Applicable for roles such as Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, and Software Architect.
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
     • Remaining 50% paid after six months of continuous employment.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Includes roles like Product Manager, Product Owner, and Product Analyst.
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
