The Penumbra Referral Bonus Program is structured to incentivize employees for successful referrals in several key departments. The program is open to all current employees, except for those in HR, management, and any employee directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be a new hire, not previously employed or under consideration within the past 12 months.
• The referral must be submitted before any formal application by the candidate.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
