To leverage this, we have established a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program aimed at attracting top-tier talent across various roles, with a special focus on tech and product positions. Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers (All Levels): Earn up to €5,000 per successful hire.
- Product Managers: Earn up to €4,500 per successful hire.
- UX/UI Designers: Earn up to €4,000 per successful hire.
- Data Scientists/Analysts: Earn up to €4,500 per successful hire.
Other Roles
- Sales & Marketing: Earn up to €3,000 per successful hire.
- Operations & Administration: Earn up to €2,500 per successful hire.
- Customer Service: Earn up to €2,000 per successful hire.
Program Guidelines
- Eligibility: All current Penta Hotels employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract and temporary employees are excluded.
- Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through our internal employee portal. Complete the referral form with the candidate's resume and contact details.
- Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
- 50% upon the new employee’s successful completion of their probation period (usually 3 months).
- 50% after the new employee has completed 6 months of service.
- Referral Validity: A referral is valid for 12 months from the submission date. If the candidate is hired within this period, the referrer is eligible for the bonus.
- Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the
