Eligibility and Conditions

  • Eligible Referrers: All current Penseco employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the position.
  • Eligible Candidates: Candidates must not have applied to Penseco in the past 12 months or be actively in consideration for other roles.
  • Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment with Penseco.
  • Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only awarded for successful hires.

Process

  1. Submission: Employees are required to submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the internal referral portal.
  2. Acknowledgement: HR will acknowledge the receipt of the referral within 5 business days.
  3. Interview Process: Referred candidates follow the standard recruitment process. HR will update the referrer on the candidate
