Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000 per successful hire
• Product Managers: $4,500 per successful hire
• Data Scientists: $5,000 per successful hire
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000 per successful hire
• QA Engineers: $3,500 per successful hire

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $2,500 per successful hire
• Sales Executives: $3,000 per successful hire
• Human Resources: $2,000 per successful hire
• Finance Analysts: $2,500 per successful hire

Eligibility and Conditions

• Eligible Referrers: All current Penseco employees, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the position.
• Eligible Candidates: Candidates must not have applied to Penseco in the past 12 months or be actively in consideration for other roles.
• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment with Penseco.
• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only awarded for successful hires.

Process

1. Submission: Employees are required to submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the internal referral portal.
2. Acknowledgement: HR will acknowledge the receipt of the referral within 5 business days.
3. Interview Process: Referred candidates follow the standard recruitment process. HR will update the referrer on the candidate
