Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For roles in our tech and product departments, such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts, the referral bonus is structured as follows:

• Successful Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period (typically 90 days).
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
    • $2,500 after the candidate completes 30 days.
    • $2,500 after the candidate completes 90 days.

Other Roles

For roles outside of tech and product, such as Marketing, Finance, and HR, the referral bonus is structured as follows:

• Successful Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period (typically 90 days).
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
    • $1,500 after the candidate completes 30 days.
    • $1,500 after the candidate completes 90 days.
