Eligibility Criteria

Referrer Eligibility:
- All full-time employees at Penguin Solutions are eligible to participate.
- HR personnel and hiring managers are excluded from receiving bonuses for roles they are directly involved in recruiting.

Candidate Eligibility:
- Referred candidates must be new to Penguin Solutions; they should not have applied or been referred within the last 12 months.
- The candidate must accept a full-time position and successfully complete 90 days of employment.
Referral Process
- Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal.
- Tracking: Each referral is tracked with a unique ID to ensure proper attribution.
