Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees at Penguin Solutions are eligible to participate.
   • HR personnel and hiring managers are excluded from receiving bonuses for roles they are directly involved in recruiting.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • Referred candidates must be new to Penguin Solutions; they should not have applied or been referred within the last 12 months.
   • The candidate must accept a full-time position and successfully complete 90 days of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal.
2. Tracking: Each referral is tracked with a unique ID to ensure proper attribution.

Bonus Payment
