The PC Connection Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. This program not only helps us discover talented professionals but also rewards employees for their contribution to the company's growth.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Developer, Product Manager, Data Scientist:
  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $2,000 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $2,000 after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and complete the specified duration.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, Administrative, Customer Support:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $1,250 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment.
    • $1,250 after the new hire completes 12 months of employment.
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and complete the specified duration.

How to Participate

1. Submit a Referral: Visit the internal employee portal and fill out the referral form with the candidate's details and your information.
2. Candidate Evaluation: Our recruitment team will review your referral and reach out if they meet the initial qualifications.
3. Interview Process: If the candidate progresses through the interview stages and is selected, you'll be notified of their status.
4. Bonus Disbursement: Upon fulfillment of the employment duration requirements, the bonus will be processed in the subsequent payroll cycle.

Terms and Conditions

• Referrals must be made through the official referral process to qualify for the bonus.
• Only one bonus is awarded per referred candidate. If multiple employees refer the
