This program is primarily focused on tech and product roles, but also includes other key positions within the company.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

Referrer Eligibility:
- Must be a current employee of PaxMedica.
- Cannot be part of the hiring process or the direct manager of the referred candidate.

Candidate Eligibility:
- Must not be a current or former employee of PaxMedica.
- Should not have applied to or been in contact with PaxMedica within the past 12 months.

Successful Hire:
- The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
Payment Process
- Payment Timeline: Referral bonuses will be processed within 30 days following the successful completion of the new hire's probation period.
- Tax Implications: All referral bonuses are subject to standard payroll tax deductions.
How to Refer a Candidate
- Submission: Fill out the official referral form available on the company intranet, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
