This program is primarily focused on tech and product roles, but also includes other key positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Referrer Eligibility:

    • Must be a current employee of PaxMedica.
    • Cannot be part of the hiring process or the direct manager of the referred candidate.
  2. Candidate Eligibility:

    • Must not be a current or former employee of PaxMedica.
    • Should not have applied to or been in contact with PaxMedica within the past 12 months.
  3. Successful Hire:

    • The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Payment Process

  • Payment Timeline: Referral bonuses will be processed within 30 days following the successful completion of the new hire's probation period.
  • Tax Implications: All referral bonuses are subject to standard payroll tax deductions.

  1. Submission: Fill out the official referral form available on the company intranet, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
