The Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. This program supports our mission to hire top talent while leveraging the network and insights of our existing team members.

Eligible Roles

While the program is open to all positions, there is a particular emphasis on tech and product roles due to the strategic importance of these functions. Eligible roles include but are not limited to:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UX/UI Designers
• Quality Assurance Analysts

Other roles in operations, sales, and marketing may also be eligible based on current hiring priorities.

Referral Bonus Structure

The bonus amount varies depending on the role and level of the position being filled. Here is a detailed breakdown:

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Entry-Level (Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager, etc.): $1,000
   • Mid-Level (Software Engineer, Product Manager, etc.): $2,500
   • Senior-Level (Senior Developer, Lead Product Manager, etc.): $5,000
   • Executive-Level (VP of Engineering, Head of Product, etc.): $10,000

2. Other Roles:

   • Entry-Level: $500
   • Mid-Level: $1,500
   • Senior-Level: $3,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligible Employees: All current employees, except those involved in the hiring decision process or HR department, are eligible to participate.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be
