• Data Scientist: For a Data Scientist role, the referral bonus is $4,000 if your referral is hired and stays with the company for at least 90 days.

Other Roles

• Logistics Coordinator: Successfully referring a candidate for the role of Logistics Coordinator can earn you a referral bonus of $3,000 after the 90-day employment milestone is reached.

• Sales Executive: If you refer a candidate for a Sales Executive position, you can receive a referral bonus of $3,500 once the candidate completes their initial 90 days with the company.

General Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Pangaea Logistics Solutions are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. However, hiring managers or individuals directly involved in the recruitment process for a specific role are excluded from receiving referral bonuses for that role.

• Payout Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in your regular paycheck following the successful completion of the referred candidate's 90-day probationary period.

• Referral Submission: To submit a referral, employees must fill out the referral form available on the company intranet, providing relevant details about the candidate
