Referral Bonus Details
- Eligibility: All current employees of Palomar Holdings, except those in HR/recruitment positions, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referral Bonus Payout: Bonuses are paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the new hire completes 30 days of employment.
- 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

Guidelines for Referrals

Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the company’s referral portal. Include the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of why they are a good fit for the role.

Eligibility Criteria:
- The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by Palomar Holdings.
- The candidate should not have applied for any position at Palomar Holdings in the past 12 months.

Notification: Employees will be notified via email once their referral is successfully received and processed.

- Referrals made for interns or temporary positions are not eligible for referral bonuses.
