Referral Bonus Overview

Our referral program is designed to reward employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions within our company. The bonuses vary depending on the role and are paid out after the referred employee has completed a specific period of employment.

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are crucial for driving our technological and product development initiatives, we offer the following referral bonuses:

• Software Engineers & Developers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists & Analysts: $2,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• QA Engineers: $1,500

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product positions, we also offer referral bonuses for other critical roles within our organization:

Bonus Payout Structure
