OurBus is committed to attracting top talent and recognizes the value of employee referrals in achieving this goal. To encourage our team members to refer skilled professionals, we offer a generous referral bonus program. Below, we detail the specific bonus amounts and guidelines applicable to tech, product, and other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $2,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $1,500
• Sales Executives: $1,500
• Customer Support Representatives: $1,000
• Operations Managers: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All current OurBus employees, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Process: Referral bonuses are paid in two installments:
  • First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes their first three months of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Guidelines

1. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official OurBus referral portal to be eligible for the bonus.
2. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to OurBus in the past 12 months.
3. Employment Status: Referred candidates must be hired as full-time employees.
4. Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make, nor the number of bonuses they can receive.
