As part of our efforts to attract the best talent, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program that rewards employees for referring qualified candidates for open positions within the company. Below are the details of the program, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All current Ormat Technologies employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referral Bonus: Employees will receive a monetary bonus for each successful referral that results in a hire. The bonus amount varies based on the role's level and function.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment with Ormat Technologies.

• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the Ormat Technologies Internal Portal under the 'Employee Referrals' section.
2. Tracking and Updates: The HR team will provide updates on the referral status and communicate any necessary steps the referred candidate must complete.
