Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc.:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Administrative, Sales, HR, etc.:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be actively employed at Orion Engineered Carbons at the time of the referral payment.
• Referred candidates must successfully complete the hiring process and meet the employment duration requirements for the bonus to be paid.
• Only one referral bonus is paid per candidate, and the first employee to refer a candidate will be eligible for the bonus.
