Origin Protocol Referral Bonus Program

Origin Protocol values the power of networking and recognizes that great talent often knows other great talent. To incentivize our community and employees to help us find exceptional candidates, we offer a comprehensive referral bonus program. This program is particularly focused on tech and product roles, but also extends to other positions within the organization.

Overview of the Referral Bonus Program

1. Eligibility:

   • All employees and external referrers (non-employees) are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Referrals must be for open positions listed on our career page.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and a brief note on why they are a good fit to the recruitment team at referrals@originprotocol.com.
   • Ensure the candidate is aware and consents to the referral.

3. Bonus Structure:

   • Tech/Product Roles:
     • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $5,000
     • DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers: $4,000
   • Other Roles:
     • Marketing, Sales, Customer Support: $3,000
     • Administrative, HR: $2,000

4. Payment Terms:

   • Bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed a 90-day probationary period.
   • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

5. Criteria:

   • The referred candidate must not already be in our database or have applied in the last 12 months.
   • Only one bonus is paid per candidate, on a first-come, first-served basis regarding the referral submission.

6. Successful Referral Attributes:

   • Strong technical skills and relevant experience for tech/product roles.
   • Cultural fit with Origin Protocol's values and mission.
   • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of successful project execution.
