Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for referring high-quality candidates who join our organization. Below is a detailed overview of our referral bonus program with a focus on tech and product roles, although the program also applies to other positions.

Program Structure

Eligibility

• All full-time employees, except those in HR or recruiting roles, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals should be submitted through the official company referral portal.

Qualifying Positions

• Tech & Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
• Other Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Representatives, Finance Analysts, etc.

Referral Bonus Details

• Tech & Product Roles:
  • Software Engineers & Data Scientists: $5,000
  • Product Managers & UX/UI Designers: $4,000
  • DevOps Engineers: $4,500
• Other Roles:
  • Marketing Specialists & Sales Representatives: $3,000
  • Finance Analysts: $2,500

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • First Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Criteria for Bonus Eligibility

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete the specified duration of employment.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Organon at the time of both bonus installments.
• Referrals must be submitted before the candidate applies or is contacted by our recruiting team.

Additional Guidelines

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
