Eligibility
- Who Can Refer? All full-time Orchard employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Who Can Be Referred? Candidates for full-time positions at Orchard, particularly in tech and product roles. Other roles are also eligible but are evaluated on different criteria.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers: $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,500
- Data Scientists: $5,000
- UX/UI Designers: $4,000
- DevOps Engineers: $5,500
- Quality Assurance Engineers: $4,000
Other Roles
- Sales and Marketing: $3,000
- Customer Support: $2,000

Payment Details
- Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments.
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
