Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage employees to refer talented individuals who align with our company values and can contribute to our success. Below are the details of our referral program, focusing on tech/product roles, with estimates and numbers to provide a comprehensive understanding.

Program Overview

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer? All full-time Orchard employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who Can Be Referred? Candidates for full-time positions at Orchard, particularly in tech and product roles. Other roles are also eligible but are evaluated on different criteria.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,500
• Quality Assurance Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing: $3,000
• Customer Support: $2,000
• Finance and HR: $3,000

Payment Details

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments.
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid once the candidate reaches six months of employment.

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through our internal referral platform. Ensure you include the candidate's resume and a brief description of why they would be a good fit for Orchard.
2. Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email once your referral is submitted.
