Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Requirements: Candidate must successfully pass the probation period (typically 90 days).

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Requirements: Candidate must successfully pass the probation period.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $5,500
   • Requirements: Candidate must successfully pass the probation period.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Requirements: Candidate must successfully pass the probation period.

Other Roles

1. Marketing Specialist

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Requirements: Candidate must successfully pass the probation period.

2. Sales Executive

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500

3. Customer Support Representative

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current Opus Agency employees, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Process: Submit referrals through the internal employee portal, providing the candidate's resume and relevant contact information.
• Notification: Employees will be notified once their referral is hired and has successfully completed the probation period.
