Details and Conditions

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Optimizely are eligible to participate in the referral program. Temporary or contract employees are not eligible for referral bonuses.

2. Candidate Qualification: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for a full-time position.

3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
   • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
