This program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into tech/product roles and other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack)

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of hire, 50% after 6 months of hire

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of hire, 50% after 6 months of hire

3. UX/UI Designers

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of hire, 50% after 6 months of hire

4. Data Scientists and Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of hire, 50% after 6 months of hire

1. Marketing Specialists

   • Bonus Amount: $1,500
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months of hire, 50% after 6 months of hire
