Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech & Product Roles:

   • Software Engineer (Junior/Mid-Level): $3,000
   • Senior Software Engineer: $5,000
   • Product Manager: $4,000
   • Data Scientist/Analyst: $4,500
   • UX/UI Designer: $3,500

2. Other Roles:

   • Customer Service Representative: $1,000
   • Sales Executive: $2,000
   • Marketing Specialist: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Current Employees: Only current full-time employees of OppFi are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Process: The referred candidate must be submitted through the official referral process, typically via the company's internal HR portal.
• Employment Duration: The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period (usually 90 days) for the referrer to qualify for the bonus payout.

Bonus Payout Details

• Payment Schedule: Bonuses are typically paid out in the first payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's probationary period.
• Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes and will be processed through the standard payroll system.

Additional Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer whose submission is received by HR.
• Rehired Employees: Former employees rehired at OppFi do not qualify for a referral bonus.
• Exclusions: Referrals of individuals who are already
