Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral program is designed to reward employees for referring candidates who successfully join OPKO Health. The bonus amounts vary based on the role and level of the position being filled.

Bonus Estimates

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Junior Level (Entry-Level to 2 Years Experience): $1,000
  • Mid-Level (3-5 Years Experience): $2,000
  • Senior Level (6+ Years Experience): $3,000
  • Managerial/Director Level: $4,000

• Other Roles:

  • Administrative/Support Staff: $500
  • Sales/Marketing Positions: $1,500
  • Research and Development Roles: $2,500
  • Executive Positions (VP and above): $5,000

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a referral bonus, the following criteria must be met:

1. The referred candidate must successfully complete the hiring process and be employed at OPKO Health for a minimum of 90 days.
