Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer candidates who align with our company values and possess the skills needed to drive our success. The bonus amounts vary depending on the role's level of demand and specialization.

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All active full-time employees at Openlane are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Exceptions include members of the HR team and hiring managers with direct involvement in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal on the company's intranet. The referred candidate must explicitly mention the referring employee's name during the application process.

3. Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
   • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
