Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles

We highly value referrals in our tech and product departments due to the strategic importance of these roles. As such, we offer a generous referral bonus for successful hires in these areas:

• Referral Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Eligible Roles:
  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Scientists
  • UX/UI Designers
  • DevOps Engineers

Bonus Payment Structure

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus ($2,500) is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% ($2,500) is paid after the candidate reaches their 6-month employment anniversary.
