Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels)

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Details: This includes roles such as Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, and DevOps engineers. The bonus is payable after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus: $4,500
  • Details: Applicable to both junior and senior product management positions. The bonus is distributed in two installments: 50% after 90 days and the remaining 50% after six months of successful employment.
