Ontic Referral Bonus Overview

At Ontic, we recognize the value of our employees' networks in helping us find top-tier talent. Our referral program is designed to reward employees who refer successful candidates, particularly for tech and product roles, which are critical to our company's growth and innovation. Below is a detailed breakdown of our referral bonus program, including specific estimates and numbers for various positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UI/UX Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• HR Manager: $3,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $2,500

Bonus Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time Ontic employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, the referred candidate must not have been previously employed by Ontic or have applied to Ontic within the last six months.

• Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • 50% is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes their first six months with the company.

Referral Submission Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through our internal HR portal, ensuring all candidate details are accurately entered.

2. Acknowledgment: Once submitted, the employee will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the receipt of the referral.
