Our referral program is designed to reward employees who refer successful candidates, particularly for tech and product roles, which are critical to our company's growth and innovation. Bonus Eligibility and Payment

Eligibility: All full-time Ontic employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, the referred candidate must not have been previously employed by Ontic or have applied to Ontic within the last six months.

- 50% is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
