OneWater Marine Referral Bonus Program

Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize our team to help us bring in top-notch candidates, especially in tech and product roles, but also in other areas of our organization.

Referral Bonus Details

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of OneWater Marine are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. However, individuals involved in the hiring process, such as recruiters and HR personnel, are not eligible to receive bonuses for referrals.

2. Bonus Structure:

   • Tech/Product Roles: These roles are crucial for innovation and maintaining our competitive edge. As such, they come with a higher referral bonus:
     • Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists: $5,000 per successful hire.
     • UX/UI Designers, QA Analysts: $3,500 per successful hire.
   • Other Roles: We encourage referrals across the organization. While the amounts are lower than for tech roles, they still provide significant incentives:
     • Sales, Marketing, Operations: $2,000 per successful hire.
     • Administrative, Support Staff: $1,000 per successful hire.

3. Payout Process:

   • The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

4. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referral candidates through the official referral form available on the company intranet.
   • To qualify, referred candidates must not have been previously employed by OneWater Marine or have applied to the company in the last 12 months.
